Horrible service, waited 4 hours for a phone call

After my windscreen shattered, I called my insurance who referred me to 24Fix to repair it. I nuptially spoke toady who had no idea, about anything, but was kind enough to refer me to some one who he said was knowledgeable. This consulted asked me questions about the damage, but at that point, I was not by the car, and I asked her to call me back in 10mins will I check the damages. She then said its fine, but never returned my call. Until I called them back. My first attempts were not successful at all, but, I kept trying until 4 hours later, I have since cancelled my quotation, but they are still horrible.
