Rotten Pipe? No! Rotten Service from 24FIX

I called Edgars Club Emergency on Saturday 29 June to report a pipe and requested their assistance. Dennis Mothiba eventually arrived to replace the pipe. Firstly, I had clearly requested to the 1st person I spoke to from 24Fix that I wanted a plastic pipe replacement and not the same copper that was. The person who was talking to both of us on the phone when he was at the house and I wasn't there, also told him to replace with galvanized plastic. He insisted on replacing with copper saying that the were interested in the valve and not the pipe. Apparently he discovers another "leak". They try to contact me telephonically but do not find me, but he continues to cut the pipe and plugs it, thereby cutting the water supply to one toilet and one bathroom. When I call 24fix and we agreed to meet on site to discuss the matter. When following up on the app time, I discovered that they already went to the house without me and wrote a report for whose attention I do not know. Since then i have been waiting for unreturned calls and being sent from pillar to post to eventually a Tumi who deniies everything based on the report I have not seen. I want this resolved!
