Judgement issued illegally

I was under debt review from Feb 2009 to Feb 2012 and the above attorneys issued a judgement on my name in error, the law states taht whilst under debt review no garnishee court orders or judgements can be issued but this was done whilst I was under debt review.

The judgement was issued in Feb 2010 and when calling them to query they told me that they were not aware that i was under debt review and cannot do anything but they are wrong . being the attorneys who issued this judgement they can request to have it removed as i never received any notice of the judgement being issued or a summonds advising of any steps to be taken. I have not signed for any documents advising me that a judgement will be issued.

I want them to have the judgement removed at their cost as this was done illegally and in error.
