Bought car in July 2012, complained about mechanical faults (engine light going on, car losing power & unable to accelerate when fuel is low) within 2 weeks of purchasing car. We were promised a swap deal by Ivan (sales consultant) and this never happened. Case was handed to Assistant Manager (Jason Louw) who also promised us a swap deal which never happened, up to this day the blue tooth which came as part of the deal hasnt been installed and car continues to have multiple machanical problems, which now include car switching off when idling, engine light going on when fuek is low. we have tried all avenues to resolve this matter, and we have requested that the dealership refund us the money we paid towards blue tooth and we are not getting any joy!!!
