I bought a car from Vw Arcadia and it had faults up until today 16/05/2013 i have not yet had a response from the car dealership and nobody wants to respond:
This is an extract from my confirmation of cancellation of the purchase of the 2007 Vw Polo sportline (3 door) Registration: WDV 495 GP for R91000 (cash deal) which i took delivery of on the 30th of April 2013 for the reasons below:
1. The car gave me an "Engine Failure" warning light (i immediately phoned you that evening and you said i should bring back the car)
2. I have returned the car on the 3rd of May 2013 and until today the car is not yet back i had to go to the workshop yesterday and found the car in the same state.
3. the engine is making noise (rembling)
4.The car is emitting a lot of smoke for a diesel Engine.
for the above reasons we have decided to "Cool Off the deal" as of today (14 May 2013) as it is clearly evident the car is going to give us problems in future.i am greatful for all the effort which you put in this deal, however we cannot have a car which is starting to show problems from the start.
