i bought a cherry QQ .8 te air- from satin-sky group on the 25th of October 2013.since then i only had problems with this car.2 weeks after i bought the car the car was toad to Renault in Port Elizabeth with an immobiliser problem.when i got there to pickup the car i was told that they cant assist me for the parts fitted (immobiliser and alarm) was after market fitted parts.
they helped me to get the car started and i left but about 2 weeks after that i went back for the same problem and again i was told the same story.got the car started and of i went.2 weeks after that the car had the same problem and i had an autolec remove the faulty part.
Monday my car must go back to Renault for a starter motor that must be replaced.that's not the only problem i have with this car.the petrol gauge and the air not working properly and the carpet to short on left front passenger side.
tried to phone satin-sky group and every time i get a different excuse.
i tried to speak to their customer care manager but seems to me that he thinks he has better things to do for i left my no there but till now I'm still waiting for him to call me
I WANT A NEW CAR THAT'S ALL
