Sent my car in to RENAULT ROUTE 24 for a noise on the front left, DAY 1 I'm told it's the brakes - Changed at my own cost, DAY 2 I'm told Suspension was loose, Repaired and given back to me. DAY 3 still not sorted. I'm told my shocks are warn and need to be replaced, not covered by warranty for my own cost, has Renault is not to be trusted I took my car to the "Super Quick" down the road they did a shock test (My Cost) and my car passed. DAY 4 back to Renault Route 24 with proof of their incompetence, and it's now my Ball joints that are the problem they replaced it but obviously never did alignment because my car pulls to one side now. Do I go back to Renault Route 24 for DAY 5?
They have zero technical knowhow, and never willing to admit their wrong.
