Took my car for a service and got called to confirm all the parts to be changed, i then asked for various other tasks to be done. ( my door locking mechanism was rattling, my handbrake button was rattling, my passenger side panel was loose where i got told that the guy who fitted my sound said i must take it to him to put back properly its not them that done it!)
There was a noise that started to bug me that was coming from the front left side of the car (a knocking noise when i reversed and sometimes turned) they told me the problem was a mounting that was worn out so i said okay order the part and so they did.
I had to wait 3weeks without any knowledge to what was happening until i physically went in. They then fitted the part but still the noise was there, i then went back and got given attitude and was told "well just bring it back and we will diagnose the problem. The car was there 3 time in 1month for a single problem. I have no time to take the car back and leave it for an entire day for them to waist my time!!! need someone that can really really sort this problem out. When they took my money it went smoothly no problems, they were smiling.
