We bought a Groupon Voucher for the major service of my white polo playa. We made a booking and brought the car into the work shop, at first they were very friendly and I also mentioned that my car does have a bit of a overheating problem and that would need to be sorted out. They promised me that the car would be done on the same day at 4pm. About an hour later after we left the car there to be serviced and repaired they called me to advise there are additional problems on the car which definitely would need to be repaired as its very dangerous to drive the car in that condition. R5000 and 3x days later I finally get to take my car home only to realize I had no power steering fluid in, my front wheel kept on swinging to the left and to top it all off they tied the new radiator down with cable ties which off course also broke off. I cant believe those kind of people can actually sleep at night putting other people's lifes in danger. This is sick and I wont recommend this Garage to anyone. We will be taking this further with the small claims court and also make sure they no longer receive business. PLS DONT GO THERE FOR YOUR OWN SAFETY!!! Groupon should also be ashamed.
