SHOCKING SERVICE FROM A GM AGENCY

I am an Isuzu fleet owner and have been for the past 30 years. The reason for being a loyal supporter is the good service support in the past but I must say I now realized it is something of the past.

I had a breakdown in the Western Cape and the 'Westvaal Somerset West GM Dealer', told me that a vehicle out of it's service plant or warranty older than 5 years can't be serviced or repaired at any of their dealerships, this was said without even seeing the vehicle.

Interesting the same dealer service and repaired it twice in the past month unfortunately both cases we took it in for a problem with its rear brakes which now the third time was sorted out by a Toyota Agent. (The Good Samaritan willing to look at an Isuzu Breakdown)

What really surprised me is with a full service plant record with GM their agents are not even prepared to give any backup support for Isuzu's older than 5 years.

This was the words from Mr Anville Kuhn (Service Adviser). I did not believe this and phone Mr Herman Language (Dealer Principal) of Westvaal Motors and he confirmed this.
