My wife was unfairly dismissed/fired by Darren yesterday afternoon. When I spoke to him he said that the reason was due to a complaint he received from one of his customers. He refused to go into any details and said there is no way that he will reconsider. Furthermore, she has been paying UIF, but apparently DGC never paid the contribution over, which means she can't claim UIF after the dismissal.
DGC has been trying to get rid of her since the start and she proved her worth to then as she had the top sales figures month after month.
On their website, [URL Removed] they make the following statement: "Total Commitment to staff development and retention". Which I can now confirm is completely false.
Please don't go work for DGC as they are a bunch of.
