POOR SERVICE

Recently purchased a vehicle from City Deep only to find out it leaks on rainy days. Took in to Centurion GM the first, which is where I normally service all my vehicles and it's close to home. I was told the problem was fixed. Returned the vehicle a couple of weeks later for the same problem, I was told to take to SA Canopy because it leaked from the canopy and they don't have drivers to take it, took it to SA Canopy the guys looked at it did what they had to do but still I was experiencing the same problem.

Took in again spoke to the Manager at City Deep, he was happy to collect the vehicle from Centurion last week Thursday. Up until today I have not had feedback any feedback with regard to the state of my vehicle. Today I phone only to find out that they don't know where my vehicle is at and no work has been done. I have been waiting for 2hours for their call back
