With reference to my complaint.
We have tried on numerous occasions to access our e-toll account. This was af from last week Thursday. Every time when one try to open the page it is just hanging and does not reflect any of your details. I tried to visit the local kiosk at the Brooklyn Mall. This attempt was also unsuccessfull due to their systems being offline.
How should we try to pay our bills if there are so many obstacles which you need to overcome before you are able to of paying your bill. How can you implement a system which are most of the times offline and unaccesable. This is a useless exercise and wasting our precious time. This kind of service is unacceptable.
