Ad experience with kempton park deale

I bought 170 java..about 2150 km pulling belt snapped... not sure how ..bike still brand new. Sent in to fix belt the 1st week in Dec. i was contacted that the bike is ready. On pickup iI was informed that there is a strange noise coming from crank and that they need to replace. I told them to go ahead and also do the 2500 service. Without any feedback from dealer..i phoned to check the status of the bike the 1st week of Jan. I was told that crank was ordered and should arrive soon. I phoned 2 days after to check status and was informed that they received the crank, but not totally happy..so they ordered new 1 from CPT. The 2nd week in Jan i phoned and advise that bike has been there almost 1month. I received the bike on the thursday 16 Jan only to notice that there is something drastically wrong with it. Refuel on friday and to have it back on the 18th. I showed them the issue..result..negligence from tecnhnician. Promise to have bike 1st thing monday 20Dec. No call from dealer on monday..phoned an promise tuesday. Tuesday bike ready..delivered to me wednesday. And guess what... empty. My new bike with so many issues... when will it stop.
