Honda Silverwing bad service

Good day

After my Honda Silverwing had its drive belt replaced and 60000km service and honda zambezi:
1. The dealer did not contact me to tell me my bike is ready
2. The bike could not start when I came to fetch it - I had to buy a new battery
3, The dealer told me the v-belt light would go off by itself (a lie)
4. When I took the bike back to reset the light they started to strip the bike - no idea what they were doing
5. I cleared the light myself (without stripping the bike - only pressed the correct buttons)
6. One week after service the abs light started to flash. Honda is unable to tell me why and how dangerous it is - according to them the abs light would flash a week after you replace a battery and you swop the battery wires - wow - bad bleading of breaks a battery fault?? As if I cannot replace a battery. If the battery wires are swopped (they are not) wonder how the bike took one week to notice that???
7. The mechanic confessed he never worked on a silverwing before
