In May 2013 I purchased a 4wheeler for my son from Bike Africa, Pinetown who supply Gomoto Motorcycles. After several issues with the quad bike having only ridden the bike 3/4 times we contacted Bike Africa advising them of the several issues, being failure of brakes, chain constantly coming off, despite several other issues, these were most important. The quad bike went to Bike Africa for repairs. After long time frames we were contacted & requested to please uplift the bike, Bike Africa has had the quad bike in their repair centre for a longer duration of time than what we have had possession of the bike. After several repairs & telephonic discussions with AJ of Bike Africa who stated that should any further problems occur they would refund our money, the purchase price for the bike. shortly thereafter, the bike was returned to Bike Africa with the same problems, GoMoto were then requested to view the bike &make a call on the way forward, despite the verbal promise made by AJ of Bike Africa we now sit with a useless quad bike that doesn't work.
Bike Africa don't keep promises and I would suggest rather spend more money and get a known product than cheap products & bad service.
