I choose a motomia Milano after investigating the various bikes and being assured that yours was the best and your after sales service was top notch. This has not been my experience. It took over a month for me to get my bike after purchase after being promised it would take a week. I had to continually call and push to get it. Within two days of having the bike I had to bring it back as the indicator was broken. I have serviced at every interval but after having the bike for 9 months I have had to bring it back as the entire engine mounting was loose. the last straw was on Tuesday my belt snapped. I called Hillfox and they said they may be able to collect my bike on Wednesday. I had to call back and then was told that it would be Thursday. Again I had to follow up and eventually at 12 be told that they could not assist as I had to pay r 350 collection fee. Had I been told this I would have done what I did which was to get my insurance to collect the bike. I drove for 30 km and today the belt snapped again This is my only means of transport and I need the bike urgently. I will not recommend your product as it is bad quality and service is not good
