End of August 2012 my husband bought a Big Boy Blackball bike. My husband wanted to see the bike before buying it, but the dealership in Secunda told us that we have to pay a deposit and order the bike as they don't carry stock of this bike. So we went to Witbank where we were told there was a bike to view. On arrival we were informed that the bike was at the shop, but not assembled. My husband and I then made the decision (after being promised that we will not be disappointed with the bike) that we will pay for the bike and delivery at the Witbank Big Boy dealer.
Since we received the bike in September 2012, we have had nothing but problems with the bike. Most of it because of the bike not being assembled properly. We even requested a refund on the bike, but we were informed by the Head office that we can only claim a refund if we have the same problems occurring over and over, and not if we have many different problems.
With the latest problem we have with the bike, the Secunda dealership has said that they will only work on the warranty if we pay for the labor and their head office wants us to take the bike to Witbank. We have never had so many problems with one product.
