On 23rd September 2013 I was overcharged for a car service and battled to obtain a refund. On 21 January I finally managed to speak to a responsible person, namely Chris Pienaar. The service from him was excellent and the response with a refund of more than the overcharge was made the same day. Thank you Chris for the excellent service.
