We bought a car from M.H Motors in rustenburg. the cars engine light was on when we bought it, after taking it back to the dealer two times the issue has still not been fix. we decided to take the car to Ford to be dignosed, and they discovered that the oxygen sensors and the manifolds flaps are faulty. the dealer refuses to pay the damages if we take the car back to ford to be fixed, he insists on fixing it himself. im sorry but we have lost faith in his service, because the owner Muhammed hangs up the phone when we call to resolve the matter, the manager John says he doest care because he runs a business and is not will to make a lose. the frustrating part is to fix the vehicle will cost us -R 12k, absa the financer and innovation pty ltd the insurance company that gave the machanical warranty refuse to cover the cost. we wanted a different car and the bank advised against it, and suggested the 2005 FORD and gave the warrantee with innovation.
who needs to cover the cost of fixing the car, and how can the bank and insurer cover something they havent inspected. the absa rep works from the dealer, i smell faul play here. please help
