FINANCING DAMAGED GOODS

We financed a car with absa about three months ago, we initially wanted to buy a corsa gsi and after the bank assessed the car we where advised agains it. we where then advised to buy a 2005 ford st170 from MH Motors in rustenburg, by the same absa consultant. we where then advised by absa to take a mechanical warranty with Innovation Group for two years, now the car is faulty and no one wants to take responsibility for the advise given. i suspect absa did not inspect the ford like they did with the car we wanted initially. the engine light went on bearly a month after purchase, it was returned to the dealer 2 times for repairs. failing repair we took it upon ourselves to take the car in to ford for diagnosis, oxygene sensors and mainfold flaps where faulty. how is it that absa still finances cars sold by doggy delership, who refuse to attend to clients problems and who have the nerve to tell us that we can go ahead and sue them because they are running a business and not a charity, these are words were where told by the Manager of MH Motors Rustenburg. The owner of MH Motors hung up the phone on us. how are we to trust anything our banks (absa) offer us if no inspections happen
