Ford Warrantee void on non-serviceable item
On 07/03/2013 my vehicle went in for service and an additional repair of the throttle / idling of the car. Ford was unable to fix my vehicle as they could not find the problem after keeping the car over-night and flashing the software on the vehicle.
On 15/03/2013 I reported the same problem to Martin with my vehicle and had no response from Ford.
On 23/03/2013 I reported the vehicle again to Linda to ask Martin with reply with no response from Ford.
On 27/03/2013 I was contacted with a query of what the issue with the car.
On 02/04/2013 the vehicle was finally booked in.
Ford now refuses to replace warranty the throttle-body (electronic non-serviceable item) as I have once done a minor service at Car Service City which has no relevance to faulty electronic unit.
