EXTREME BAD SERVICE

DRIVING AUDI FOR MANY YEARS, ALWAYS HAD MOTOR-PLAN AND MINE RECENTLY EXPIRED..HAD A PROBLEM ON THE VEHICLE GIVING A HANDBRAKE AND ESP WARNING .THIS CAUSES THE CAR NOT STARTING AT STAGES AND LEAVING MY WIFE STRANDED WITH MY CHILDREN .THE VEHICLE HAS BEEN BACK SIX (6) TIMES AND AUDI MENLYN COULD STILL NOT FIX OR FIND THE PROBLEM, THEY HAVE ALMOST CLAIMED R70000 FROM THE MOTOR-PLAN AND STILL THE PROBLEM EXISTS. I AM CONVINCED THAT THIS MOTOR-PLAN STORY IS JUST A MONEY MAKING, I WILL TELL YOU WHY BEING A TECHNICIAN MYSELF I INSPECTED MY SERVICE HISTORY AND INSPECTED THE PARTS ON MY VEHICLE, FOR THE PAST 50000 KM MY AIR FILTER WAS NEVER REPLACED AND COMPLETELY BLOCKED I DRIVE A DIESEL AND THEY SAY THEY REPLACED SPARK PLUGS. MY BOOST PIPES WHERE LOOSE AND MY ENGINE EXTREMELY DIRTY.ENDED UP SERVICING MY OWN VEHICLE AND GETTING IT TO STANDARD.IF YOU DRIVE A AUDI DO NOT TAKE IT TO AUDI MENLYN AND DO NOT BELIEVE ANYTHING THEY SAY DOUBLE CHECK THEM., TRY TO PHONE THE DP HE IS NEVER AVAILABLE THE SERVICE PERSONNEL DOES NOT HAVE THE CORRECT TRAINING OR SUPERVISION..I AM SO DISAPPOINTING STILL SITTING WITH THE SAME PROBLEM..HOPE AUDI GERMANY TAKES NOTE OF THIS ..SIES AUDI MENLYN YOU...
