Audi South Africa
Audi wants to pay 28k for clutch

I bought a brand new Audi 1.8T 16 june 2012. A couple of days ago I had problems with the car had no power at all and it was towed to Audi polokwane. After calling them a couple of times to find out what the problem was I was advised that the problem was the clutch which is burnt and this was caused by my driving style. I am quite surprised because this is a car this is 11 months old and I have driven numerous cars and none of them have ever given me this problem. I am starting to feel that Audi does not want to take responsibility for their vehicles defects and are passing the buck to their customers. The reason I went and bought a brand new Audi was be because I expected peace of mind knowing I would be covered in the event of a vehicle breakdown. Audi Polokwane wants me to pay R28000 to have the vehicle repaired. I am pleading all future Audi customers to seriously reconsider before committing to any business with this brand as they try by all means swindle honest hard working customers out of their hard earned cash.
