A refund that is taking three weeks

On the 27th Dec I took my car in for a 105000km service, (the car is leased with Imperial Fleet Management) the service was authorised but the lady that does payments at IFM was on leave and they said I should pay for the service and will refund me the following week once she returned, on the 6th Jan, I contacted them again because I wasn't refunded, IFM said they will pay Hyundai Springs and they should refund me, Payment from IFM was only made last week and I am still waiting for Hyundai to do a Refund, which is unacceptable I always used Hyundai Springs but I will never use them again, I am even thinking of moving to a VW just so I don't need to deal with anyone from this brand ever again
