NO SPARES TO REPAIR NEW HYUNDAI ACCENT

I have bought a new Hyundai Accent In September 2012, planning to use the vehicle going to Cape Town On leave beginning February. After loading 2 passengers in the rear for the first time a grinding noise was observed while moving in a fairly decent road surface. I took the car in to Hyundai on the 18th of January 2013 and was asked to bring the car in on the 22nd of January so that they can have a look at it. There finding was "The rear shock collapsed due to internal failure resulting oil to bypass the seal causing consequential damage to springs causing a grinding noise". They told me that it will be repaired under warranty as soon as new shocks and springs arrived. My leave was planned already, bookings made, planning to leave on the 2nd of February.
But up to date no effort was made to repair the car.
