HYUNDAI BRUMA: EMPTY PROMISES BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

I have been calling continuously to try get a response from HYUNDAI BRUMA as to where my R27, 000.00 is for the deal which was cancled BY THEM last week. I requested my money back last week and am STILL waiting for it. I asked that it be deposited into my account as soon as possible as I needed it to purchase another car - on which they have not delivered. They advised me that it would be done by this Monday past and I have still not received it??? I have to continuously call them to find out where it is and I get given excuses and told they will call me back but NEVER do!! They are so quick to ask for and take my money with an advanced deposit for the deal to go through, yet it takes 1 week to refund me? This is unacceptable and terrible customer service.

I am very unhappy with HYUNDAI BRUMA and their EMPTY PROMISES and BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE
