On the 15 of January 2014 I was at DOVES Funeral Services (Newcastle Branch) to apply for a cash pay-out on my late great grandmother (Busisiwe Mathilda Masigane) aged 92.
The time was 13:02 when we got in at DOVES, We told the receptionist what we needed from DOVES and the member of staff in-quotation was at the reception. we were told to sit and wait for her to help as she was still attending other clients.
She came after - 3 to 5 min and gave as a questioner to rate the level of serves and comment on why we need a cash pay-out.
At 14:35 she was done with the client she was attending, we went in her office and the first question from her was do were have Certified copies of: death Certificate, bank statement, invoice from the other service provider and fingerprints if my late great grandmother.
My complain with her service is that instead of a questioner the first thing she needed to address was the Certified copies.
My complain with the Manager he did not intervene.
