The list of issues that I could remember as the last few days has been really stressful to us as a grieving family, and I was trying to shield my mother in law and two daughter form the poor service we received. Stress that we could ill afford. -
Unprofessional conduct of agent when we were greeted and taken to office. Funeral letter paper not the quality that we discussed. Had to buy own paper. On day of funeral the flowers for coffin and church were not ordered. Delays in obtaining "Notice of death" certificate from Hospital. Chapel was not ready morning of funeral for the last respect and viewing by family, we assisted with cleaning the chapel. Staff did not know where the church was on day of funeral. No assistance arranged for traffic control.
Only a few of the problems that I encountered at Doves Springs. Have send the complete list of complaints through to both Doves Head Office and Doves Springs on 3 occasions, requesting acknowledgement, feedback and compensation for the poor service. The mails are being read but no feedback yet. Financially not worth the service we received. We as a family expect some kind of compensation based on the above issues. No to Doves Springs
