This is a difficult time, my grandson passed away on the26th Oct..We went into doves on the 29th got all info - on the 30th we called and told them the funeral was on the 31 Oct. Was told baby Bryan would be cremated on the Fri or Mon. On the 30th we had the baby blessed at Doves Benoni - we where given the bill - and was told that she would contact us to go to home affairs and she was getting the docs from the dr. She phoned on the Friday and told us that we did not have to go to home affairs as the hospital had done everything. She was getting the dr's form and the baby would be cremated on the 4th or 5th. we where phoned on the 6th saying we had not paid. I told them I had mailed through proof of payment on the 31st and used the mail on their form - I was told it was the wrong mail. I phoned on Thursday 7th and little Bryan has still not been cremated and still not today the 11th Nov. I phoned and was told she was waiting for the dr's signatures at the crematorium. She said she would call me back and still nothing. I want answers and we want Closure on this - each day my son and daughter in law ask what is going on -NOT FAIR I SHOULD NOT HAVE TO COMPLAIN
