I've been trying for more than 2 weeks now (Sep 19 and another 15 Oct) for Doves to reply on my query about my funeral plan. I need to know whether I HAVE to use them to do the funeral or whether this policy will pay me out so that I can use another funeral home if the funds are not adequate for a funeral through them. I am unemployed and therefore this is something I need to know as R10 000 wont take one far.
Up to date the above person opened both my emails with no response. If this is how they trat an email, wonder what they would do when they have to do the payout!!!
