Protection of personal information bill

Firstly they give us the options to register as an etoll customer, a customer thats not registered and getting a day pass.
1) Why give us the options and them tell me I'm violating their policy?
2) Why am I receiving a handover email from them telling me how much I have to pay, if I didn't even get an invoice?
3) What happened to the fact that you have 21 days to pay?
4) Who's violating who? You have access to my personal information and according to the Protection of personal information bill no one is suppose to give out your personal information?
5) Why are get creating all the ACT's then still go against them?
6) After how long are you allowed to charge me an arrears amount and was this communicated to the public?
7) Why do we pay people to create Act's if anyone can just ignore them... what is the point? Use that money to pay for the roads.
8) They refer to the billions they spend on the roads that they repaired but the etoll roads was not listed... What are we paying... Put your etolls on the roads you repaired.
