All the promises on your advertising campaigns about traffic being better is a blatant lie.
The past two weeks has been worse on the roads and it is suppose to be better without etolls because of the school holidays. You implemented etolls and broke even the little reprieve we had over december.
You from the start. I want a total refund and until there is better traffic flow I do not want to pay for these roads.
