I registered with SANRAL last year, but did not buy the e-tag. I then bought the tag the day before inception of the toll roads. I placed the tag in my vehicle and guess what, they billed me double than they were supposed to. Firstly, its not enough that we are being robbed, but the consultants on the other side, give you an "I don't know" when you ask them a question. I register, I buy the tag and you still bill me double. How does that work?? I have been on the phone with them since Monday and no one can give me an answer. We are paying a lot of money for crapy service, I still sit in traffic, so my travelling is not better. I want my money back.
