I have been left with "zero" service after 3 days of continuously chasing after Imperial select Tokai for a quotation for my insurance for the replacement of my lost Renault Scenic card key. My car is completely electronic and cannot drive, be towed or anything without a coded key. This had been explained to parts department in the hope that they would understand the severity of the situation. After a third day of dealing with Tokai had made the same request to Belville but nothing!
