INCORRECT BAD CREDIT RATING

We noticed by chance in 2012 that Russels had incorrect information about our account when we requested a credit check with TransUnion ITC. We contacted the JDGroup and spoke with a Jayschree Pillay in August, she said to send her an email and request the correction. We did this, she contacts ITC and it was resolved.

We are now applying for vehicle and home financing and know we don't have a poor credit rating. only to find that this time there is an EXPERIAN company - they still in DEC 2013 had this Russels account as outstanding.

We contacted Experian, they said call JDG. I sent an email requesting the change only to be advised that it's Experian's problem and they must lodge a dispute.!!! I explained the urgency in our request this was ignored by Motsamai Legabe, Bongani Mnisi, Tsepo Maketekete.

Called Experian again on 23 Jan 2014 and if they lodge a dispute our profile is tagged and any and all requests for finance are immediately declined. They said all they need is 1 email from JDG confirming the payment was made and they will clear it.

We sent another email explaining this., it was read by all above and gave a deadline for a response that was ignored.
