Bad Pricing

I needed to replace a rubber plug. So I thought I would head off to Constantia Land Rover to get one.
To my surprise the cost for the plug was R759.00 for an item that costs R10 at any other shop.

Please explain how this cost is possible? I love my Land Rover Defender, so does this mean I must get ripped off for a piece of rubber?
