3 months to deliver a letter!!!

Today 17 Jan 2014, my Dad received a birthday card posted from my sister..

His Birthday was 25 October 2013, card was posted 13th October 2013..
Only took the post office 3 months to deliver card!!

Well done SA Post Office!!!

Now I've posted B-day card to my niece, wonder how long that's going to take...
