Only promises, no delivery

I have made countless calls to Skynet to try and track my Unisa parcel. They just make promises that my parcel will be deliver on a certain day and it never shows up. This happened three times now. They also just take your phone number and promise they will phone you back and tell you where your parcel is, but they never phone back.

After about 20 calls to skynet, I am now writing this complaint.
