082 CAR WASH has changed from a clip ticketing system to an electronic system whereby customers receive points everytime they have their car washed. I have been there several times and have only received my points once. Having said that - every 10th car washed at the facility, a free car wash is due. I saw how the "manager" reversed a customer's VW into another customers Merc and I was told by the owner "we have insurance" big deal dude- big deal!!! Your staff firstly talk too much, they around far to much and this causes delays in getting ones car cleaner quicker. The "guy with the glasses" which is the duty manager is the most arrogant individual I have ever had to deal with and I will never, nor my friends, colleagues use their facilities again. I have taken this up with the owner and all I was told was thanks for my email. You are ripping off people off by not giving them their loyalty points and that constitutes.
People should be made aware of what kind of operation 082 Car Wash is running
