I am absolutely disgusted at how SANRAL runs their VPC Dept
I went through to Jhb & Pretoria on the 06.12.2013 and received an Invoice via post on the 14.01.2014
I then went to the bank to pay the outstanding amount to which was then told to me that I cannot pay via deposit
You can only pay this with a Credit Card or Internet banking.
My question is that if you do not have either of these options and do not stay in the city, how are you suppose to make payment
I then phone the customer care line 4 times, spoke to 4 different people and got 4 different call Ref numbers and not one of the could find a solution... I last person I spoke said that I should send someone or drive 2hrs to the customer care centre to pay it... really
I then asked the gentleman does every South African own a Credit Card or have Excess to EFT Banking
And until someone can provide me with a suitable solution this will not be paid...
