Collecting millions of rands for what

I just registered the car I use to sanral online. There was several options and since I sort out all my bills online I decided to sanral to withdraw money from my account. As I tagged and start to travel it has turned to nightmare for me. I could not settle my foreign credit card however I tried so many times that is why I tried to settle cheque card from a South african bank but I could not. Then I started to deposit money into their bank account in standart bank. I really tried to change my banking options on their website but there is noway for a one to make any single change about payment options on website. Now think about a company has a duty of collecting money from people and they dont even give their proper service to make the people pay. It makes perfect sense if the same company wants to overcharge and penalise people for rest those who never pays. I got a phone call from sanral today and was told that they finally change my account into prepaid one and I should contact to violation service to pay more what I spent on roads. but there is noway for sanral to make me pay more because of their poor service. Sorry but sanral really
