I received my first Sanral invoice in the post today, for 3 & 4 December 2014 totalling R128.79 for using 8 gates.

I have SEVERAL issues with this Sanral, First off:

- I received my invoice TODAY, My discount expired YESTERDAY 2014/01/19
- On my invoice the amount payable after discount is R51, 79 on my statement it is R51, 52 which is it? (not that it really matters since I dont qualify for my discount anymore, thanks to the delivery options you chose)
- There are no photo's or any proof whatsoever attached?
- Your customer support phone line's quality is so bad I can hardly make out what the lady is saying to me??
- I was directed to login on your website to view the photo's but it isn't working, [URL Removed] just keeps on loading and loading.
- R128.79 divided by 2 is R64.40 per day, x 22.5 working days is R1449 per month, WHERE am I going to get the money to pay that? ANC says they are creating jobs but they are costing people their jobs.
- I tried paying my outstanding fees, but I cant log in to your website to see what it is since it keeps on loading (I have been waiting for 40min, page is only partially loaded)
