I would just like to make it know to whom ever is accounts table at the service delivery department, as i have been complaining for more than 4 months with the same problem, but if you do not pay your account on time you are reprimanded!!! but when it comes to a paying customer having a problem, nothing seems to be happening just empty promises. I feel that it is not the type of service the you pay hard earned cash for every month, its not like money grows on trees you work hard for what you get and then have to pay for a service that is pathetic.
