RIP OFF!!!

Firstly, I finally received invoices in the post for e tolls. However, these are dated December, and I only received them now, which means I forfeit the discount if paid within 7 days? Why I am being held liable if I only received the bill now, and not all of them either? Secondly, from the invoice I can see that you are charging me R112 per day for using the highways? How do you think I am supposed to afford this? I cannot use alternate roads as these are already clogged daily and means I will be late for work every day. I work shifts and can't afford to be late. I cannot even afford the R450 capped per month should I get an etag. My annual increase does not even cover this amount, what about rising fuel costs and medical aid etc that also increases? So how am I supposed to pay this? You did not take into consideration that people cannot afford this extra expense. Back to the highways, these were improved to alleviate traffic, and yet I still sit in traffic everyday!!!
