Still no answer or feedback

The longer we have the car the more problems come out. This weekend the covers on the back door fell of. This was broken when they fitted the smash and grab. These people knew they broke it but said nothing. I took it back to Menlyn and they could not believe it. The paint was scratched of very badly and the hooks that was suppose to hook in broken of. The branch promises to phone me back, it never happened. I had to phone Daihutsu South Africa again. Not very helpful either. Nobody can tell me how they are going to fix this problem. For a car of R 265 000-00 it just have to much problems with no back up service. Things that are advertised as standard on the vehicle are fitted locally with very unreliable companies. Daihutsu just tell me they did not fit it, what must they do??? This must be the worst dealership in South Africa, mind you with there Head office attitude you can not suspect anything else. Seeing that they do not fix it or respond I contacted the newspaper. They are very was not that surprised about my bad service and want to come and take photos for a story. Nobody makes a call and nobody can be contacted for an answer. They will get back to us Sure!!!
