This is a second request. I was pleasantly surprise in how efficiency this dealer was until I have taken ownership of my vehicle on the 4th Oct 2013
During the first week I was unhappy with a grill that was broken, the smash and grab was damaged and lastly but not least I was told the motor plan was transferred to my name .. Since then I needed to change the back tyre/s that were fitted incorrectly rotating in the wrong direction, I was told this is not serious and the fact that the tyre was fitted incorrectly is not their fault. Yet there are a G2 sticker saying Passed
I took ownership on the 4 th October after numerous calls and email to the dealership I'm still awaiting for Frik to confirm that my vehicle was transferred and registered on motor plan. After weeks I must say I had enough from CHM West Rand and are really disappointed in there after sales service Maybe they can surprise me
