WORST SERVICE AND THEY SCRATCHED MY CAR

It took me over a month to get hold of PG Glass fourways. I had to keep calling the randburg branch an dasking them to ask the fourways branch to call me. Eventually when I got through to them, i booked my brand new car in for smash and grab and took it in on the 1st of July. They told me it would take 2 hours over the phone but when i arrived said it would be 3 to 5 hours. When i got my car it was in a mess with plastic and liquid everywhere. When I got home after collecting my car i noticed that they had scratched my car on the side as well as chipped paint all around the inside of the window frame. Because they never answer their phone i had to go in to tell them. The manager was on leave so they asked me to come back on the Monday. When I came back, the manager had already left (this was at 12 o clock) They said he would call me and tell me when I could come back, which he didnt, the receptionist had to call, after I requested that manager call me personally. They now want me to bring my car back to show him. This is my fourth trip there. The service has been disgusting and I cant believe people can offer a service, damage your car and then not make an extreme effort to fix it
