Bad Service and Bad workmanship from dealership

I bought my new 1.4 Polo Sedan Comfortline from Fury VW in Northcliff a few weeks ago. Firstly when I received the car it didn't go through its proper inspection and the bluetooth radio was never properly installed as well as the smash and grab never inspected for defaults. When I returned my vehicle to the dealership to rectify this the smash and grab was worse than it was before and the bluetooth was not a bluetooth radio and it damaged the dashboard. An email was send to the dealer principal, sales manager and FNI but no one bothered to respond. After little bit of service from the sales person they removed the badly installed bluetooth and tried to fix the smash and grab (which is still a disaster). I was driving with an expired permit for 4 days after numerous requests for a valid permit to be supplied. After I had phoned the dealership principal promises was made of sending a permit the same day which never arived. Throughout my experience with this dealership no feedback, proper updates was given and promises kept not to mention the bad workmanship which I am still waiting to be rectified. Even my complaint to VW SA has left me dissapointed as I am still wating for feedback.
