Thru my insurance on Wed 08 Jan 09:00 we requested 24Fix to come fix a leaky toilet, they only arrived 18:40. The plumber looked around the toilet could see all the water but said he doesn't know, He just applied some putty by the outlet. next day water started leaking again, contacted my insurance they said the plumbers will come again till now the plumbers didn't come out or called.
